Members must be the owner or sole proprietor of a company or work for larger firm with a stipend.

Leasing Consideration

Valid ID, EIN of company, prior year P&L and/or tax documents, background check, letter of recommendation for leasing.

  • Preferred to be living within 5-mile radius of the office space. We’re pretty intent on local collaboration, hence our name. 
  • Commuting to and from work via bike/skateboard/electric vehicle or other along these lines.
